Please read these terms before using Tillpack. When you first open the app we ask you to agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Tillpack.

1. About us

Tillpack is the trading name of Renan Rasim, a sole trader, of 19 Wellington Street, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 5AZ ("we", "us"). Contact: tillpackapp@gmail.com.

2. What Tillpack does

Tillpack is a free tool that helps you keep receipts, supplier invoices and takings in one place on your own device, and create files (a PDF pack, a spreadsheet and backups) that you can send to your accountant.

Tillpack is intended for use by businesses and sole traders in the course of their business. You must be 18 or over to use it.

Your records are stored only on your device, in your browser. We don't hold a copy and can't restore them. You are responsible for:

Tillpack is currently free while we develop it. We may change, add or remove features, or suspend or stop the service. If we plan to stop it, we'll try to give notice on the website so you can download your records. If we introduce paid plans in future, we'll tell you before you're charged anything, and you won't be charged without agreeing.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Tillpack for anything unlawful, including to create false records, or try to break, overload or interfere with the website.

7. Intellectual property

The Tillpack name, logo, website and software belong to us. You may use them only to use Tillpack as intended. Your records belong to you.

8. Our responsibility to you

We'll provide Tillpack with reasonable care and skill. Because Tillpack is free and your data stays on your device, and to the extent the law allows:

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll highlight it on the website.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
