Snap the receipt
Take a photo when you get a receipt or supplier invoice. Tillpack reads the total, date and shop for you to check, and keeps the photo with the entry.

Add your takings
Type in your till's Z report total at close. For card payments, import your card machine's report and Tillpack adds up each day, refunds included.

Send the pack
At month end, download one PDF and one spreadsheet. Tillpack writes the email too, so you just attach and send.

Questions
Is Tillpack free?
Yes, while we're in early access, and there's always a Free plan with 20 receipt photos a month. You just need an email address, no card details. See Pricing for the paid plans.
Does it work on iPhone, Android and computers?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app, and it works offline. Your records are saved to your account, so you can use your phone and your computer. How to install it.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. Tillpack gets your records to your accountant in a tidy pack. Your accountant still does your accounts and tax returns.
How does auto-read work?
After adding a photo, Tillpack reads the receipt on your device and fills in the total, date, shop and VAT. Automatic reading can be wrong, so always check the figures before saving. The first time, it downloads the reading software (about 9 MB) from tillpack.pages.dev.
Can I import my card machine report?
Yes. Many card machine providers let you download your transactions as a CSV file from their website or app. Choose it in Import card report and Tillpack adds up each day for you to check. Step-by-step guide.
What if I lose my phone or clear my browser?
Nothing is lost. Sign in on your new phone or browser and everything is there, photos included. Anything you added while offline saves as soon as you're back online, so go online before clearing your browser.
Where are my receipts stored?
In your Tillpack account, on secure servers run by our hosting provider Cloudflare, with a copy on your device so Tillpack works offline. Only you can sign in to see them.
Is Tillpack Making Tax Digital software?
No. Tillpack doesn't submit anything to HMRC. Your accountant uses their own software, and Tillpack's spreadsheet helps them get your figures into it.
Is it GDPR compliant?
We've designed it to be. Your records are stored securely, used only to run Tillpack, never sold, and you can download or delete them at any time. Our privacy notice explains the details.
